Fun Night Information

A tradition at the annual IACIS conference is Fun Night, and this year it will be held on Thursday evening, October 3. The Board of Directors has organized a karaoke night proceeded by a buffet dinner from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Poolside South. The DJ, Karaoke host, and staff will be provided by SunCoastFlorida. The cost of fun night is included in your IACIS registration fee. If you wish to bring a guest, you can purchase a guest registration through the conference website or from the registration table at the conference.

After dinner the fun begins!!! From 7 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. there will be group dance songs (Electric Slide Etc.). Then from 7:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. there is an ice breaker challenge (balloon pop) – a game where people tie a balloon around their hand or foot, and another person will try to pop it.

At 8 p.m. karaoke begins and continues until 9 p.m. when there will be a karaoke challenge for the top singers. Awards will be handed out at 9:30 p.m., and fun upbeat dance music will continue until 11 p.m. There will be prizes and lots of fun throughout the evening.

A photo booth will be open from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. The photo booth includes props, a backdrop, and an attendant. Photos can be downloaded from SuncoastFlorida’s Facebook page! We hope a good time will be had by all!!!

Note: If you have a guest coming with you to the conference, please register them if they will be attending fun night with you to make sure they get a ticket.
