Assessment of Learning in IS: A Framework for GenAI and Learner Progression

This abstract study submission seeks to identify the best practices and policy implications for the use of GenAI within the IS curriculum for assessment of learning. The goal is to identify methods to move students up Bloom’s Taxonomy and increase learner progression. This paper plans to present key findings as identified through qualitative and quantitative methods from an undergraduate information systems course, which extend and enhance prior literature and understanding of GenAI for the assessment of learning in IS.
