The Erasmus+ Programme: Opening Doors To Intercultural It Professorial Education Between Italy and The United States
This paper presents a model of job shadow mobility for international faculty continuing education in IT through the Erasmus+ Programme. Through case study methodology, critical elements for a successful job shadow experience are analyzed, and the impacts on the institutional, faculty and instructional levels are presented. The findings and outcomes indicate successful implementation and execution of the project plan which also identifies essential components for mutual achievement and benefit.
