The IACIS conference hotel room rate is $194 per night (plus 13% tax and applicable fees).

• The rate above is secured until September 12, 2025, but rooms in the conference block may sell out quickly, and other available rooms may be at a higher price. After this date, room rates are subject to hotel rates and availability.
• The online system only allows reservations for any combination of days between Tuesday, September 30 and October 5, 2025. If you would like to stay additional days before or after the conference, please make your reservations by CALLING THE HOTEL at: (727) 595-1611 | Please ask for Group Reservations and mention IACIS.
• NOTE: The conference rate of $194/night (plus 13% taxes & applicable fees) applies to hotel nights between Tuesday, September 30 and Saturday, October 4, 2025. Hotel nights reserved before or after these dates will be reserved at the regular hotel rate for that time.
• Hotel reservations made through third-party sites (ex., Expedia or Booking.com) won't include IACIS benefits, and the hotel staff can't fix any issues with those reservations.
